UTG built the EC Job La app as a commercial app. This service is provided by UTG and is intended for use as is.
We collect and use your personal information to provide and improve our services, including location information, device information, and service usage data. All collected information is used only for the purpose of engineering service management and will not be used for other commercial purposes without your consent.
Our app requires real-time and historical access to your device’s geographic location to support engineering service management. The positioning function is a core requirement for the normal operation of engineering services, and the collected location information includes:
Location data is only used for engineering service operation, management and quality verification. We will not share, sell or transfer location information to unauthorized third parties. Location data will be automatically deleted after the work order is completed and archived (retention period: 3 months), unless required by law to retain it.
We collect log data including device IP address, device model, operating system, app usage status, time, and error information to improve service stability and engineering operation efficiency.
The app uses third-party services that may collect information to identify you, including Google Play Services. These third-party services will only access location information with your explicit authorization and are used solely for the provision of positioning services.
We use commercial security measures to protect your personal information (including location data), including data encryption during transmission and storage. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission over the Internet.
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy occasionally. Please check this page regularly for updates. If there are major changes to the location information collection rules, we will notify you through the app or email.

本服務不適用於未滿 13 歲兒童，我們不會故意收集未滿 13 歲兒童之個人資訊。
